Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items with signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as undergarments, hijabs, or face masks.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@chinjan.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the address for shipping the item back.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
- Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, credit card, or wallet).
- Timeline: It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at support@chinjan.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the product and packaging for quick resolution.
